Good to know

How do I pay?

You pay a small deposit by card at checkout through our secure payment partner. It's applied to your total. The balance is charged after your clean passes inspection, or invoiced monthly for businesses.

How do I know which level to choose?

Pick how the space looks today and we recommend a level. Spaces that haven't been professionally cleaned in a couple of months usually need Gold first, then Standard to maintain it.

Is the online price final?

It's an estimate based on what you entered. If the space differs a lot from the description, we tell you before we start. We never add charges without your approval.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients leave a key or door code. Access details are stored securely and we lock up when we leave.

Can I change or cancel?

Reschedule or cancel free with 48 hours' notice and your deposit carries over or is refunded.
